No the "the-less" Vincent Black Shadow hail from Baltimore and play psychedelic rock. Both bands may have borrowed the name from the heavy duty motorbike name dropped by Dr. Gonzo in Fear @ Loathing In Las Vegas, but only one is good. See if you can guess which one I'm talking about.
